“Social mortgage implies that the housing becomes private property. Under the current program, one can acquire housing without a down payment, paying about 20,000 soms per month for 20 years. This is even lower than average rental rates. However, we plan to implement a new program aimed at renting housing for orphans. The development of this initiative is being carried out at the direction of the president,” noted the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
