They explained in detail the slaughter process using a sharp knife, which should be done in one motion. It was also emphasized that the trachea, esophagus, and jugular veins must be cut, and the blood must completely drain. Each slaughter must be accompanied by the invocation of Allah's name.

Additionally, attention was drawn to the importance of adhering to sanitary standards: cleanliness of premises, sterility of tools, and proper storage conditions for meat are necessary.
Public figure Duyshon Abdyldaev noted that there are penalties for cruel treatment of animals.
The management of the new market reported ongoing improvements in slaughter conditions and sanitary standards. Butchers were handed out brochures with information, and an informational banner displaying the rules of Sharia was installed on the premises.
