
During his trip, Mamyrов held a meeting with the checkpoint staff, explaining the importance of preventing the import of seedlings without the necessary certificates and accompanying documents. The main focus was on adhering to phytosanitary requirements and preventing illegal circulation.
A meeting was also held with local gardeners from the village of Arpasay, who are engaged in seedling cultivation. The meeting discussed ways to stop the illegal circulation of seedlings, as well as the need to create a single cooperative to organize their activities.
Additionally, the participants of the meeting were presented with various state subsidy programs, including loans and leasing of agricultural machinery. The conditions for obtaining certificates for produced seedlings and the support measures provided by the "30+20+10" project, which aims to expand production, create new jobs, and ensure sustainable agricultural development, were also explained.
During the meeting, Mamyrов emphasized that phytosanitary safety plays a key role in the country's food security. He highlighted the importance of preventing smuggling, the need for strict compliance with legislation, and stopping the circulation of uncertified seedlings. According to him, only close cooperation between government agencies and gardeners can effectively combat illegal circulation.
As a result of the meeting, it was noted that compliance with legislation, the development of quality seedling production, and active participation in state programs should become a priority for farmers and gardeners.
