The earth that was removed during the repair was not filled back in," he noted.
The Kaktus.media mayor's office informed that emergency work was recently carried out by specialists from the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" in this area.
However, the mayor's office also clarified that the road is on the balance of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
