The National Historical and Cultural Complex "Manas Ordo" is currently undergoing active reconstruction.

On January 28, 2026, a delegation led by the presidential envoy to the Talas region, along with employees of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," visited the site to familiarize themselves with the ongoing construction work.

As part of this project, the museum's area is planned to be increased from 450 to 1500 square meters. The new building will be designed in a combination of modern and national styles. The construction work is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," which is subordinate to the Ministry of Construction. The main objective of the project is to create a cultural and tourist center that can accommodate up to 10,000 visitors daily.
According to the project, the complex will feature a modern congress hall, five guest houses with a total area of 1000 square meters, and a two-story administrative building. There are also plans to expand the territory of the complex itself. This is the first large-scale reconstruction of "Manas Ordo" in the last three decades.

Earlier, on November 13, 2025, President Sadyr Japarov laid a time capsule during a working trip to the Talas region, symbolizing the beginning of the reconstruction of this national complex.

The completion of all construction work is scheduled for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence.
