Azamat Iskembaev, a native of Kyrgyzstan, announced the establishment of his technology company called Akural Technologies, registered in the United States. This information was disclosed in his official statement.
The company is developing an innovative technology called Akural Shield, which represents a new architecture for confirming critically important digital actions and ensuring digital trust.
It is important to note that Akural Shield does not use traditional methods such as passwords, PIN codes, SMS, or one-time codes, nor does it transmit cryptographic keys or rely on data that can be stolen or intercepted. Instead, the confirmation of actions is based on structural admissibility.
Additionally, a provisional patent application for the Akural Shield technology has already been submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the project is currently in Patent Pending status. A second patent is also being developed, which will pertain to the fundamental principle of the technology's architecture.
According to Iskembaev, negotiations are currently underway with the state digital structures of Kyrgyzstan to discuss the format of a memorandum of cooperation and the creation of a regulatory sandbox, as well as the preparation of international reference pilots.
At this stage, the focus is on validating the architectural principle rather than on the rapid commercialization of the technology.
Iskembaev emphasizes that the launch of Akural Technologies is a significant contribution to the development of fundamental technologies and a clear example of how technological developments of world-class can emerge from Kyrgyzstan.
