According to Amangeldy Muraliyev, who held the position of Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, upon becoming president, focused on two of the most pressing issues for the country. The first priority was the development of the economy through the establishment of order, and the second was the fight against corruption. These aspects were discussed in detail in the documentary film "Five Years - The Beginning of a New Era."
Muraliyev noted that these two directions became the "locomotives" that contributed to the improvement of the economic situation in the country.
“The decisions made were difficult. This reflects the personal stance of the president, and the course he chose turned out to be successful. A multitude of issues were resolved in a short time, and financial mechanisms began to operate. It should be noted that corruption had long hindered development. With the transition to a presidential system of governance, faster and more operational decisions became possible. In this regard, Sadyr Japarov possesses both talent and strategic vision. We are witnessing a special dynamism in both the economy and the social sphere,” he emphasized.
Furthermore, significant changes are also observed in the social sphere. Sadyr Japarov actively monitors state finances, directing them towards economic development and improving the quality of life for citizens. This allows for the resolution of many pressing issues. In particular, in the field of culture and sports, many stadiums have been built, and favorable conditions have been created for citizens,” noted Muraliyev.
He added that small towns are also being brought up to modern standards: infrastructure, social conditions, and the education system are improving.
