The city administration of Osh intends to return the sold premises to the music school, where a bank and a store are currently located.
City hall representatives reported that municipal officials visited the educational institution to familiarize themselves with its operations. During the visit, the need for a large-scale renovation of the school was raised, and relevant authorities were instructed to carry out the major repairs.
According to a representative of the music school, during Soviet times, up to 800-900 children studied here, while currently, the number of students is 351. The institution employs 79 teachers, and the total area of the building is 600 square meters.
The music school is located in Osh at the address: Alimbek Datka Street, 315. According to data from 1997, the total area of the school was 1385 square meters.
In 1998, the territorial management of the State Property Fund for the Osh region sold 212 square meters on the first floor of the building to a private individual — Zamira Mamyrova, which meant that this part transitioned to private ownership.

In 2000, the city hall decided to transfer another 306 square meters of land into private ownership.
Currently, there is a building on this site that is rented by JSC "Eurasian Savings Bank." Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev visited the bank branch and found out that the tenant is citizen Zamira Mamyrova.
The mayor ordered a document check and preparation of a lawsuit. "The city is acutely lacking schools for children, and instead, one part of the building houses a store, while another part is a bank. Tomorrow I will meet with the owner and discuss the situation," he noted.
At the end of the visit, city hall representatives visited one of the classrooms, where a student named Shirina was promised a gift — a good komuz.
