In Kyrgyzstan, the "Yandex Go" app has implemented a new feature that allows passengers to receive ratings from taxi drivers.
Drivers can now rate their clients, which is expected to improve the overall level of service.
The rating will be based on parameters such as punctuality, politeness, neatness, and correctness when ordering, with a maximum possible score of 5.
