Over five years, 352 billion soms have been returned to the state budget — results of the GKNB board meeting
In the building of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of the Kyrgyz Republic, a board meeting was held to summarize the work done in 2025.
The event, attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the SCNS Kamchybek Tashiev, gathered leaders of various national security divisions, including central and territorial structures.
In his speech, Tashiev emphasized the effectiveness of the national security agencies in ensuring both state and public safety, as well as in combating organized crime and corruption.
Particular attention during the reporting period was given to combating corruption in government institutions, identifying and preventing unlawful actions by officials. The head of the SCNS noted that the fight against corruption remains a top priority of state policy, implemented on a systematic basis.
During the meeting, it was reported that over the past five years, thanks to anti-corruption measures and operational investigative actions, 352 billion soms have been returned to the state budget, amounting to approximately 4.14 billion US dollars. These funds were received in the form of financial assets, state property, land plots, and other material values.
The specified funds have been fully credited to a special account of the President's Stabilization Fund and will be used at his personal discretion for the implementation of socially significant projects, infrastructure development, and improving the well-being of the country's citizens.
