In his address at the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on January 29, Bekeshev noted that he has received numerous complaints from residents of this neighborhood.

According to the deputy, the construction of the non-food goods store 7/4 is causing significant traffic jams that have already reached a critical point for Bishkek. Dastan Bekeshev emphasized that he supports entrepreneurial activities, but it is necessary to carefully analyze the consequences, including potential traffic congestion and the need for greening.

The parliamentarian proposed that before issuing permits for the construction of such facilities, relevant authorities should conduct necessary studies and consider the opinions of local residents, as many of them are opposed to such projects. "This is not an isolated case; there are many such situations in the city," he added.

He urged his colleagues in the Jogorku Kenesh to consider the possibility of introducing a new rule requiring such analyses to be conducted before the start of construction.
