The company was supposed to fulfill its obligations to borrowers back in 2024.
During a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Ulukbek Karybekov reported that the construction company "Ikhsan Group LTD" has still not complied with the court ruling made in February 2024.
According to him, 990 citizens have suffered from the actions of this company, yet the problem remains unresolved despite the court's decision.
Karybekov urged the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General's Office to take action and place the enforcement of the court ruling under special control.
It should be noted that "Ikhsan Group LTD" attracted funds from citizens for housing construction but failed to fulfill its obligations to the shareholders.
The court in 2024 found the management of the cooperative guilty of fraud and ordered the return of funds to the victims.
