A new administrative building with a two-level underground parking lot is planned to be built in Bishkek on the site of a closed parking lot located next to the City Hall. This information was announced by the head of the Urban Construction Department, Ermek Arymbaev, during a meeting of the Bishkek commission on municipal property issues.
Arymbaev noted that work is currently underway on the planning and design of this facility.
Some deputies expressed dissatisfaction regarding the closure of the parking lot until the project is finally approved and suggested temporarily reopening it for citizens and employees, as there are no other parking spaces nearby.
