The second stage of debureaucratization has started in the Chui region, initiated by the order of President Sadyr Japarov, and will focus on local self-government.
Azmat Osmonov, the presidential representative in the region, reported that significant investments are planned in 2026 for the construction of new schools, kindergartens, and medical facilities, as well as major repairs of existing infrastructure. In particular, 80 social facilities will be renovated, 150 kilometers of roads will be repaired, and 25 bridges will be restored.
At a recent panel discussion, business representatives presented their ideas and initiatives.
The event was attended by entrepreneurs from various sectors, including construction, tourism, agronomy, and manufacturing. Notable companies included "Alkanov Group," ROYAL Construction, the "Chunkurchak" ski base, Lucky Socks, Invoice Plus, Eco Aska, and LLC "Nuristan."
As a result of the discussions, it was decided to continue the format of direct dialogue and to organize individual meetings for entrepreneurs to discuss specific projects.
