Kyrgyzstan and Georgia Discussed the Opening of Direct Air Communication and Tourism Development
On January 27, a meeting took place in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, where the Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Mederbek Tumanov, met with Alexander Khvitsiashvili, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
According to the press service of the ministry, the main topic of the negotiations was the discussion of preparations for the next meeting of the intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Georgian commission, as well as issues related to the opening of direct air communication. Additionally, the participants of the meeting considered opportunities for cooperation in the field of tourism and the development of transport and logistics connections.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on the necessity to take further steps to implement the agreements reached.
