The draft law aims to regulate realtor activities and systematize mediation in the real estate sector as part of the debureaucratization process.Among the main provisions that will be included in the draft are:
- mandatory certification of realtors in accordance with established standards;
- introduction of a realtor identification card to verify the status of the intermediary;
- definition of unified standards for realtor services and standard contracts;
- provision of transparent information about the role and powers of the realtor in the transaction;
- prohibition of double commissions and restriction of misleading advertising for real estate;
- establishment of liability for illegal actions in the real estate sector.
It is expected that the adoption of this document will improve the situation in the real estate market, increase the level of trust from citizens, and create more civilized conditions for honest participants.
