He visited her in the village of Zhylyu-Bulak, located in the Issyk-Kul region, to receive her blessing.
Despite her advanced age, Keneshkan Apa remains energetic, with a clear mind, and actively follows the events in the country. During the conversation, the teacher recalled Sadyr Japarov's school years, noting his calm demeanor and thirst for knowledge. She particularly remembered his innate sense of justice.
Although the teacher has not met with Japarov since he became president, she sincerely cares for him and wishes him success. Muratbekov emphasized the importance of such meetings, adding that the wisdom and guidance of people like Keneshkan Apa serve as a support for today's youth.
