In the village of Kojo-Aryk, located in the Nookat district, a new 35/10 kV substation "T. Kulatov" has been commissioned, along with a 35 kV overhead power line "Abshyr – T. Kulatov." The opening ceremony took place with the participation of the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev, who emphasized the significance of this project for local residents.
According to the ministry, the main task of the new substation is to supply electricity to 1,820 subscribers out of 3,626, who are connected to 97 transformer substations of the 10 kV "Abshyr" feeder. This feeder stretches 55 km from the 110/35/10 kV substation "Kök-Jar."
The project also aims to ensure stable and quality electricity supply for residents of the villages of Abshyr, Kojo-Aryk, Kosh-Dobo, and Baglan, located in the Kulatov rural administration.
Additionally, the new 35/10 kV substations "Abshyr" and 110/35/10 kV "Kok-Jar" will be relieved of excess loads, which will lead to a reduction in technical losses. The 35 kV overhead line "T. Kulatov," 5.6 km long, was built using self-supporting insulated wires (SIP) and is connected to the 35 kV line "Kok-Jar - Abshyr."
The initial cost of constructing the substation was 15 million soms, and the creation of the overhead line was 10 million soms. As a result of the work completed, the substation was built for 8 million 218.45 thousand soms, and the overhead line for 7 million 197.28 thousand soms.
During the opening, the minister emphasized that the development of energy infrastructure in the regions is an important part of providing the population with reliable and quality electricity. He also noted that the commissioning of such facilities contributes to the reliability of the entire energy system.
From a technical standpoint, the substation is equipped with a 2.5 MVA 35/10 kV transformer, as well as a 35 kV circuit breaker and 10 kV switchgear, which allows for the output of three 10 kV feeders in the directions of Kosh-Dobo, Kojo-Aryk, and Baglan.
It is worth noting that the issue of constructing the 35/10 kV substation "T. Kulatov" was raised by local residents at the II People's Kurultai, and now the facility is fully operational.
