
In Osh, a new service building for the employees of the Osh group of the substation service "Osh Electric Networks" was inaugurated. The event was attended by the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev.
According to the press service of the ministry, the purpose of the construction is to improve working conditions for employees and create a comfortable space that meets modern standards. The project was financed by the Open Joint Stock Company "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan." The total cost of construction amounted to 7 million 60.76 thousand soms, while the actual costs for the work performed were 6 million 193.65 thousand soms.
The newly created building occupies an area of 81 square meters and includes offices for the group leader and foreman, sanitary facilities, and changing rooms. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction, and all safety requirements were met.
Ibraev emphasized that improving the social conditions of employees in the energy sector is an important direction of state policy. He added that such facilities contribute to increasing the efficiency of specialists' work.
The launch of the new building will create safer and more comfortable working conditions, which, in turn, will increase employee motivation and improve the quality of task execution.
In addition to the opening of the building, the minister met with the staff of "Osh Electric Networks" in the assembly hall.
During the meeting, a report on the work done in 2025 was presented, and the energy workers received comprehensive answers to their questions. Some of the issues raised were forwarded to the relevant managers for consideration.
Furthermore, the minister handed over the keys to two units of special equipment to the enterprise to enhance the quality of the work performed.
