According to him, there are 2,157 children living in the district who are under three years old. Of these, 889 children meet the criteria established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, 462 applications for benefits have been registered.
“During the first four days of the database operation across the country, there were some malfunctions, which caused minor difficulties. However, in the following days, the system functioned normally, and no problems were observed. According to the resolution, income, property ownership, and place of work are not criteria for receiving benefits. Applications can be submitted for children starting from the third and subsequent ones, as long as they are not yet three years old. It is also important that the applicants' place of residence matches their registration. To submit an application, marriage and birth certificates are required; no other documents are needed,” added E. Kachkynbaev.
