“According to statistics, about 70 thousand Kyrgyz citizens have returned home, of which approximately 30 thousand have capital. However, many of them cannot start their own business because, having been abroad for a long time, they have lost their understanding of the local business climate and the necessary conditions for starting a business. As a result, some leave the country again in search of work. At the same time, many prefer to invest in real estate,” the deputy explained.
Sagynayev mentioned that "Business Tunduk" will provide users with information about businesses and industries in various regions of the country. The application will offer information on the necessary documents for business registration, as well as the government agencies that need to be interacted with. Additionally, users will be able to familiarize themselves with specific projects, submit documents online, and make investments. If funds are insufficient, the application will assist in applying for preferential co-financing from development funds.
Zamirbek Kozhomuratov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies, noted that such an application would be useful not only for migrants but also for local residents, especially in the regions. He suggested collaborating with the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economy, and the High Technology Park to refine this project.
