In Kyrgyzstan, the launch of a unique sports reality show has been announced, in which employees of government and budget organizations will participate. This information was announced by Kazybek Moldazhiyev, the director of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture, and Sports, in an interview with Radio Sputnik Kyrgyzstan.
According to Moldazhiyev, at the first stage of the project, ten participants will be selected, who must meet one important criterion — the absence of professional sports training. This means that the project is aimed at those who have no experience in sports or do not hold sports titles.
Participants will undergo an extensive training program that includes running, swimming, and cycling. Before the start of classes, all participants will undergo a complete medical examination. The organizers will also provide them with the necessary sports equipment, gear, and vitamins.
The project will be implemented from March to September. Citizens aged 28 to 38, who have worked for at least five years in government or budget institutions, will be able to participate. The application period will begin on February 1 and end on February 15.
After selection, each participant will have an individual training plan developed, taking into account their work schedule and physical capabilities. The organizers emphasize that the goal of the project is to promote a healthy lifestyle and demonstrate that sports activities are accessible to everyone, regardless of age and profession.
