He also reported that the average price increase over the past year was 23.8 percent.
The specialist noted that in January of last year, the average cost of housing was 102,000 soms (approximately $1,170), while by December it had reached 126,300 soms (about $1,440).
Kebekov added that in the first quarter, there was a stable price increase of 1.4 percent; however, in April this figure dropped to 0.6 percent, and in May it rose to 1.7 percent.
In September, there was a sharp price jump of 11.8 percent, which, according to the expert, was due to seasonal factors. In October, prices fell by 9.5 percent, but in December they increased again by 18.4 percent.
Despite these fluctuations, Aman Kebekov emphasizes the presence of a stable trend towards rising housing prices.
