On January 24, a lecture titled "Art and Architecture of the Renaissance: Man, Science, and Beauty" will be held at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture.

During the lecture, participants will be able to immerse themselves in the key features of Renaissance art, as well as learn about innovations in the architectural field and the concepts that inspired artists of that era.

“The Renaissance, or the era of rebirth, is considered one of the most significant cultural transformations in the history of humanity. This period, which freed man from medieval constraints, elevated science and aesthetics to the pedestal, and opened new horizons of thought. It was during this time that such outstanding masters as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Botticelli worked, fundamentally changing the course of art development,” the announcement notes.

The lecture will be conducted by Akzhibek Beishebayeva, and its duration will be from one to one and a half hours.
