About 1,500 Bishkek residents want to be exempt from paying for bus rides.
The proposal introduces a new group—personal assistants who help people with disabilities.
These assistants will receive special "Tulpar" cards, which they can use even in the absence of their charges. It is important that the assistant is registered in Bishkek.
Aliyev's colleague, Viktoria Mozgacheva, clarified that this support will be provided only to those who have a Group I disability and require constant assistance.
She also added that the transport department will receive lists of citizens centrally to simplify the process of obtaining documents for the assistants.
As a result of the discussion, the committee members unanimously approved the draft.
