Around 21 million foreigners entered Kyrgyzstan in a year. 28,000 were denied entry due to documents.
This increase in the number of arrivals is explained by the active development of tourist infrastructure, the expansion of international transport routes, as well as the promotion of the country's natural and cultural attractions. In addition, business and investment connections have also increased.
Statistics also show that in 2025, 3,260,642 vehicles crossed the border, of which 1,690,357 cars entered the country, confirming the high mobility of tourists and participants in international transport.
However, the border service identified 28,593 cases of incorrect documents among those crossing the border. Of these, 28,006 people were not allowed into the country. Moreover, this year, 2,031 foreign citizens were deported for violating residence rules, according to the agency's report.
