The Cabinet will approve the status of the Ailyma Tashieva Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood
The main objective of this document is to legally establish the status of the institution, its goals, tasks, functions, structure, and management processes.
The Ministry of Health emphasizes that the need for this document arises from the demands of the population of the Jalal-Abad region and neighboring areas for more accessible and timely specialized medical services for women and children. Currently, a significant portion of specialized medical infrastructure is concentrated in Bishkek and Osh. Given the remoteness of the regions, transportation issues, and risks associated with obstetrics, neonatology, and pediatrics, this leads to increased patient routing times and additional burdens on national medical institutions.

According to the project justification, the center will focus on providing specialized medical-diagnostic and preventive care in the fields of obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, pediatrics, pediatric surgery, reproductive health, and cancer screening.
Additionally, the institution will serve as a clinical base for scientific and practical activities related to the protection of motherhood and childhood, including the training and professional development of medical specialists.
We remind you that the Tashiev family sold their oil base and used the funds to build the Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood in the village of Chokmor, located in the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region.
