In the Chon-Kemin Nature Park, which is managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, biotechnical activities aimed at winter feeding of wild animals have been completed. This information was announced by the press service of the ministry.
The park's ranger service organized feeding sites, known as "ashtoo," along the "Zhanibek" route, where hay was placed. As a result of monitoring by the rangers, it was recorded that deer came out to feed, and traces of wild boars were also found.
It should be noted that the accounting of wild animals is carried out using a smart monitoring system. Feeding plays an important role in maintaining populations and reducing winter mortality among wild animals.
