At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybek uulu proposed to invite representatives from the company LLC "Gazprom," as well as employees from the Ministry of Energy and the Antimonopoly Regulation Service. This is related to numerous complaints from citizens about inflated gas bills.
According to the deputy, "Gazprom" officially reported that their telemetry system was not operational in October and November, which led to many subscribers not receiving their readings.
"As a result, the company issued bills for three months. We need to hear their explanations, as this affects pensioners, large families, and low-income families, for whom such amounts are significant," he emphasized.
