In 2025, the construction of 12 new and upgraded energy facilities was completed in the Osh region, which were financed by JSC "NESC". This information was provided by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry's data, out of the 12 facilities, 7 were built from scratch, and 5 underwent major repairs. Specifically, the following projects were implemented:
A new service building was constructed in the Kurshab rural district of the Uzgen region for employees who previously worked in a container without proper conditions. A new service building was built for electrical fitters at the 220/110/10 kV "Uzlova" substation, providing safe and comfortable working conditions. At the Salam-Alyk site in the Uzgen RES, a service building was erected, including offices for management, foremen, and operators, as well as a storage room for tools and meeting rooms, using energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials. A new service building with necessary working and resting conditions for employees was also constructed at the Otuz-Adyr site of the Kara-Suu RES. Construction of a service building for the workers of the Sary-Tash UES began at the Sary-Tash site of the Aylai RES. A complete overhaul was carried out in the building of the Uzgen RES, which now meets modern requirements, and the adjacent area was asphalted. Major repairs were also conducted at the Kara-Suu RES, where the asphalt covering of the area was renewed, and the transformer repair shop was fully renovated, creating comfortable conditions for workers. The building of the electricity sales service of the Osh electric networks enterprise underwent a complete renovation, including new office furniture. The transformer repair shop at the Kara-Kulzhinsky RES was completely overhauled, with a heating system installed and separate rooms for showers, kitchen, and work offices equipped. The emergency building of the Jazy UES of the Uzgen RES was fully restored and now meets modern standards. Major repairs were also carried out at the remote site of the Pakhtachi UES of the Aravan RES by the repair and construction department of the Osh electric networks enterprise. To improve working conditions for energy workers, a new service building was constructed for the duty electricians at the 35/10 kV "Oy-Tal" substation.
