On January 21, a meeting of the organizing committee dedicated to the preparation of the anniversary Issyk-Kul International Forum was held in Bishkek under the leadership of the State Secretary of Kyrgyzstan, Arslan Koichiev.
The history of the Issyk-Kul Forum began in 1986 when the first meeting of creative figures from around the world took place at the initiative of the famous writer Chinghiz Aitmatov.
