Errors in "Tunduk" hinder the receipt of benefits — deputy
Deputy Bolot Borbiev reported at a session of the Jogorku Kenesh about numerous appeals from citizens in different regions of the country who are facing difficulties in obtaining child benefits for children under three years old.
He emphasized that in the past, many names of settlements were incorrectly translated from Kyrgyz to Russian.
“In the ‘Tunduk’ system, some names are missing. I ask that the Cabinet of Ministers correct these errors as soon as possible,” the deputy added.
In addition, Borbiev noted that after the implementation of the ATR reform, the distance between settlements has increased, making it difficult for low-income families to submit documents on time. “It is necessary to make the process digital so that they can submit applications online,” he addressed his colleagues.
