At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybek uulu raised important issues concerning migrants in Russia who are facing new control requirements.
He emphasized the need to strengthen legal support for migrants through consular services.
Additionally, Karybek uulu highlighted the problem of the uneven development of the capital.
“In Bishkek, there is active construction in the upper residential areas: schools are being built, roads are being constructed, and water supply is being established. However, the lower zone, where the 'Dordoy' market is located in the Sverdlovsk district, remains neglected. I ask that these areas be considered when distributing the budget,” the deputy added.
