In her speech, she noted that residents of the Lenin district had approached her with a collective letter expressing their concerns.
According to Sadyrbaeva, the new general plan proposes extending Sheralieva Street from Akhunbaev to Gagarin, with further connection to Termchikova Street, which could lead to the destruction of a significant number of houses. "Residents have already approached the city hall with proposals but have received no responses," she added.
The deputy demanded that city authorities clarify how many houses will be demolished and what the cost of these works will be.
She also emphasized: "Residents are only asking to widen Repina Street and leave Sheralieva Street unchanged so that their homes remain safe."
