He noted that in recent years, many facilities have been built in the country, including stadiums and the presidential administration building. However, the deputy pointed out the need for the development of cultural infrastructure.
“It is time to build a philharmonic that meets all international standards. This institution hosts numerous state events, and the new building will be a sign of respect for the culture of Kyrgyzstan,” Kalpaev stated.
