The deputy also mentioned that about 50 children with cerebral palsy live in the residential area of "Muras-Ordo," but there is no rehabilitation center in this area.
He appealed to the presidential representative in parliament, Almasbek Abytov, to consider the possibility of building a rehabilitation center in "Muras-Ordo," as parents are forced to travel to Bishkek for treatment, which takes about two hours due to traffic jams. "We need to create conditions for our children," he emphasized.
It is worth noting that during the budget discussion, the head of the cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev, reported that the construction of rehabilitation centers in Osh and Karakol is planned for 2026, and such facilities will be built in other regional centers as funds become available.
