The deputy initiates a review of funding

Gulai Mashrapova, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, drew attention to the funding issue of a kindergarten designed for deaf children located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region.

The kindergarten is situated in the Ailny Aymak of Ala-Too and serves not only as a place for education but also as a permanent residence for the children. Currently, about 60 children are being raised in this institution.

According to the deputy, based on a government resolution adopted in 2008, only 28 soms per day are allocated for the nutrition of one child. In her opinion, this amount is clearly insufficient to meet the needs of the children.

Mashrapova noted that this issue has been raised multiple times at the meetings of the Jogorku Kenesh, and official requests have been sent to the Ministry of Finance, but the situation has not changed so far.

In her address, she called on Almasbek Abytov, the authorized representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament, to pay attention to this situation and take personal control of its resolution.
