He noted that the average salary in the ministry is about 150,000 soms, but in some departments it can reach 500,000 soms. "Those who work hard, earn accordingly," the minister wrote on social media.
According to Oruntaev, the Ministry of Construction employs highly specialized professionals who are in demand in the labor market. These include architects, builders, designers, and engineers responsible for the expertise of project documentation and oversight of the construction of apartment buildings and other facilities. This is what determines the level of their salaries, the minister emphasized.
