Kyrgyzstan Ranked 117th in the Global AI Adoption Ranking

In the global ranking of artificial intelligence implementation, Kyrgyzstan ranked 117th out of 147 possible positions. According to a report prepared by the Microsoft AI Economics Institute, the level of usage of neural network technologies in the country is 8.2 percent as of the end of 2025.

To assess this, data on the share of active users of AI technologies were used, taking into account differences in operating systems and types of devices.

The leading positions in the ranking are held by the UAE, Singapore, and Norway, where the level of AI implementation ranges from 45.3 to 64 percent.

At the bottom of the list are Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Cambodia, which ranked 145th to 147th respectively.
