Kyrgyzstan is considering the implementation of digital solutions based on the model of the Rosselkhoznadzor

In the capital of Russia, a meeting took place where representatives of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan were introduced to the work of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision.
The Kyrgyz delegation was headed by Asel Kenenbaeva, Deputy Minister, while the Russian side was represented by Konstantin Savenkov, Deputy Head of Rosselkhoznadzor.

The agenda focused on studying the information systems used by Rosselkhoznadzor in the field of veterinary and phytosanitary control. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the Russian experience in the digitalization of state control and to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

During the discussion, the Kyrgyz delegation expressed interest in the information systems of Rosselkhoznadzor that could be useful in developing national digital solutions. In particular, emphasis was placed on the federal state information system "VetIS" and the practices of electronic processing of veterinary and phytosanitary certificates.

Konstantin Savenkov shared information about digital technologies, including elements of artificial intelligence, and the principles of operation of veterinary supervision systems.

It is planned to continue practical familiarization with Russian experience in the format of field events. Veterinary specialists from Kyrgyzstan will visit the FGBU "VNIIZH" in Vladimir for two days, where they will be shown the operation of the FGIS "VetIS" and its interconnected components that create a unified information environment for veterinary control.

Phytosanitary experts will learn about digital solutions and the process of electronic processing of phytosanitary documents at the FGBU "VGNKI" in Bykovo.

It should be noted that the knowledge and experience gained will be used for the further development of the veterinary and phytosanitary control system in Kyrgyzstan, as well as for strengthening cooperation with Russia in the field of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex.
