According to information from the Traffic Safety Department of the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident occurred on the Taraz–Talas–Suusamyr highway. The driver of the passenger car was held administratively responsible for a serious violation of traffic rules, after which his vehicle was placed in a towing lot.
Law enforcement agencies report that the driver was performing risky maneuvers on a slippery surface, sharply turning the steering wheel, which posed a danger to other road users.
The Internal Affairs Directorate emphasized the importance of strict adherence to traffic rules, especially during the winter period.
