According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, during his working trip, Nadyrbekov visited:
- The Toktogul Satylganov National Philharmonic;
- The Toktobolot Abdumomunov Kyrgyz Drama Theater;
- The Chyngyz Aitmatov Russian Drama Theater;
- The Abdylas Maldybaev National Opera and Ballet Theater.
During the visit, the First Deputy Minister focused on the condition of cultural institutions, their material and technical equipment, stage facilities, and the working conditions of staff. Additionally, he familiarized himself with the problems faced by the teams, their infrastructural needs, and potential areas for development.
As a result of the trip, Nadyrbekov provided relevant recommendations to the heads of cultural institutions and emphasized the importance of improving operations in this sector, as well as the need to strengthen the material and technical base and support creative initiatives.
