Bishkek is being cleared of snow: utility services have been switched to round-the-clock mode
During his inspection, the mayor gave instructions to the relevant authorities and emphasized the importance of prompt and continuous snow removal.
“It is necessary to ensure safety and cleanliness on the streets for the residents and guests of the capital. All services must act in a coordinated and uninterrupted manner,” he emphasized.
The municipal company “Tazalyk” is operating in an enhanced mode. Since early morning, specialized equipment for snow removal and spreading anti-icing materials has been actively used on the streets of the city, and work is being carried out around the clock.
To clear the city, 51 units of MAZ equipment, 4 HOWO trucks with blades, 3 front loaders, 34 Belarus tractors, 5 Bobcat units, 5 UKM units, and 3 loader excavators are involved.
The municipal services continue their work depending on the weather conditions. Residents and guests of the capital are asked to be cautious on the roads and to understand the ongoing work.
