A Coordination Center for Cooperation Between Central Asian Countries and China Will Be Established in Uzbekistan

In order to strengthen ties between Central Asia and China, a secretariat will be established, which will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of agreements reached and monitoring joint projects. This body will also ensure a continuous dialogue between the PRC and the countries of the region. This was reported by Podrobno.uz.

The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed the corresponding law, which was developed based on the goals outlined in the Xi'an Declaration of May 19, 2023.

The ratification of this law will allow Uzbekistan to participate more actively in regional integration, improve economic, investment, transport, and logistics connections, as well as increase the volume of trade between countries.
