An expert explained the stability of Kyrgyzstan's foreign policy course

An expert on the foreign policy aspects of Kyrgyzstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Professor Zainidin Kurmanov, spoke on the Birinchi radio program.

According to him, the country's foreign policy has always been characterized by a multi-vector approach, balance, and effectiveness, which corresponded to the scale of the state. "There have not been any significant changes in our foreign policy. The domestic policy has undergone changes, but the foreign policy has remained peaceful, open, and focused on developing relations with neighbors and partners both in the region and beyond," Kurmanov noted.

He also pointed out that in the thirty-five years of the new Kyrgyz state, the concept of foreign policy has been revised only three times.

“At the same time, the changes were not radical, as seen in major states. We made adjustments and clarified certain aspects, which indicates the high stability of our foreign policy,” he added.
