In the city of Shopokov, a single mother and a mother of many children were awarded certificates for 100,000 soms.

In Shopokov, a ceremony was held to present social contract certificates to a mother of many children and a single woman.

According to the city hall, as part of the social contract program approved in the city budget for 2025, each of the two women was issued a certificate worth 100,000 soms:

— M. Mamyrkanova, holder of the title "Baatyr Ene," will receive funds to develop a business in livestock farming;

— K. Sekretina, a single mother, will use the funds to start a sewing business and purchase a sewing machine.

The city municipality emphasized that these certificates are intended to support citizens' initiatives, promote self-employment, and improve the living conditions of their families.

This initiative is being implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 15, 2022, No. 385 "On Providing Social Assistance Based on Social Contracts," as well as the decision of the Shopokov City Council dated January 29, 2025, No. 27, and the protocol of the city's social commission dated December 10, 2025, No. 14/A.

The goal of the project is to support low-income families facing difficult life situations, and its implementation will continue in the future.
