The district administration commission inspected meat markets and slaughterhouses in the Aitmatov district » Gazeta.kg

As part of the initiative by the Aitmatov District State Administration, a commission was organized to check the quality of meat products and ensure their availability for the population. During the field activities, both meat sales points and livestock slaughter locations were inspected.

During the inspections, explanatory work was also carried out aimed at maintaining price stability for meat.

Currently, the following prices for meat products have been established in the district:

beef and horse meat (on the bone) — 520 soms per kg;

horse meat — 630 soms per kg;

goat meat — 640 soms per kg;

lamb — 660 soms per kg.

The inspection commission included representatives from the district administration, the head of the agricultural development department, the deputy head of the veterinary department, as well as representatives from the tax service and local authorities.
