In Osh, graduates of family orphanages will be provided with housing
In the city of Osh, the construction of a residential building has begun, which will include 28 apartments for graduates of orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya".
According to the city administration, the mayor visited the construction site and emphasized the importance of creating comfortable and safe conditions for young people.
The graduates of the mentioned orphanages will be able to receive apartments free of charge for a period of up to 10 years. "We will continue to care for the future of these young people by providing them with housing and social support," the city administration added. The construction is being financed from the local budget.
In 2025, 15 children completed their stay in the orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya". Due to the lack of permanent housing, the city authorities decided to build a new house.
Currently, 9 more children are preparing to graduate: 5 from "Lotus" and 4 from "Altyn Uya". It is expected that the construction of the apartment building will be completed in the coming months, and it will be put into operation.
