The mayor, Aibek Junushaliev, signed an order appointing Kanybek Zholchubekov as the director of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as Tourism and Youth Affairs.
Previously, Kanybek Zholchubekov headed the specialized children and youth Olympic reserve school named after Raatbek Sanatbaev.
