An Evening in Memory of the Artist Chingiz Aydarov Will Take Place in Bishkek

On January 24, an evening dedicated to the memory of artist Chingiz Aydarov will take place at the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev. This information was announced by representatives of the KNMII.

The museum invites everyone to participate in an open mic format to remember Chingiz, share memories, and talk about his life as a person and as an artist, the institution reported.

Chingiz Aydarov (1984–2025) was a multidisciplinary artist and one of the most notable representatives of contemporary art in Kyrgyzstan.

In 2022, he suffered a serious stroke and then passed away in December 2025.
